MERRY CHRISTMAS

We're almost there, in two days is Christmas!

HOW TO SURVIVE THE HOLIDAYS'

    2. Se siete al ristorante , saltate direttamente il primo, prendete un antipasto di verdura, poi secondo e contorno. Zero problemi. Se siete in pizzeria idem, oppure scegliete un ottima insalatona.
    3. Se si tratta di una festa a buffet , mettete subito nel piatto le cose che desiderate di più, nella quantità che vi sembra sufficiente per quel giorno. In fondo dovete pur mangiare, ma è bene controllare le quantità! Poi allontanatevi dal buffet, e resistete alla tentazione di riempire il piatto più e più volte.  Se possibile chiacchierate lontano dal buffet, con amici che in quel momento non stanno mangiando, altrimenti li imiterete!

La nostra salute dipende dunque dall’efficiente produzione di energia, che il nostro corpo ricava dalla conversione di aria, luce, acqua e cibo in ATP (il nostro carburante metabolico). Come fa? E’ un processo estremamente complesso noto complessivamente come metabolismo .

La ricetta per la buona salute sembra semplice: basta prendere un po’ di sole, bere acqua, e nutrirsi in maniera equilibrata. Già, ma cosa vuole dire questo? Le raccomandazioni nutrizionali standard sono abbastanza chiare, eppure molte persone le seguono scrupolosamente senza risultati apprezzabili. Addirittura, quello che funziona benissimo per un individuo non ha alcun effetto su di un altro, e potrebbe far peggiorare una terza persona, anche dove tutti tre avessero gli stessi sintomi iniziali. Questo apparente paradosso si spiega con un fenomeno noto come individualità biochimica . Uno stesso disturbo potrebbe avere origine da disequilibri metabolici addirittura opposti! In una situazione del genere, lo stesso trattamento che aiuta una persona farà peggiorare la seconda. Ecco perché non esiste una sola prescrizione dietetica in grado di aiutare tutti.

Ma esiste una soluzione? Certo, ma non è semplice. Si tratta di comprendere l’individualità metabolica di ognuno, individuare il complesso pattern che lega le ghiandole endocrine e la velocità di ossidazione, in modo da individuare il giusto mix di nutrienti che consentirà di ritrovare la salute e la forma fisica . L' ASD ITIS "Ettore Majorana Milazzo - Section Archers Society - organizes courses of introduction to archery, accessible to all.
The course is divided into two sessions per week (Tuesday and Thursday from 15.30 at 17.30).
Initially the necessary equipment is made available by the Company Archers ITIS Milazzo. If you are interested or would like more information please contact Prof. Pippo Geraci.
