Garnier Black Licorice

Orazi and Curiazi

January. What a bore, everywhere we look we see the same things: " how to dispose of excess Kg accumulated with the holidays"
And all in a row with good intentions : raise your hand if you did not decide to dieting but also to return to gym and keep more tidy desk / stop smoking / spend less money ... the list is long, we all have our faults .
More than tragically, despite starting the year with all it tries to improve. Usually with little success.
Why?
Change is difficult, habits are "comfortable" , make us feel safe and secure, change also means leaving in some way a part of themselves, some certainties, leave our area Comfortable to enter into what a friend calls "area of \u200b\u200bdiscomfort, improves but still unknown to us: This step is necessary, but not painless! Any change
thus requires a good share of commitment and energy. But our power is not infinite, and we still invests much in activities such as work, home care, children etc. then what remains is titrated judiciously, so as not to feel overwhelmed by 'enormity of the tasks be addressed.
Do one thing at a time , concentrate our efforts on one aspect at a time is a much more effective strategy , and this is what I propose is not always in the path of diet. The story gives us reason to do so. You know the story of Orazi and Curiazi i? No?
L’ultimo Romano, however, was very good at deciding the strategy be taken to avoid defeat. In fact, he pretended to flee, a Curiatii pursued him, but Horace suddenly turned around and, using the element of surprise, hit the opponent to death. The Roman Empire began to leak again and once again managed to hit the other Albano that he was chasing.
the end the battle with the last of Curiazi was favorable oratio.
Albalonga all its territory and thus fell under the dominion of Rome. "

What do we learn the legend? We face
an "enemy" at a time faking it 's the only . Only then can we really focus our energies on purpose. It will take more time to change all the habits, but this way we'll make it real!
