BADMINTON: Sicilian Regional Championships Under15
XIV regional championships in Sicily
di badminton UNDER15
Si sono svolti al palazzetto dello sport di Milazzo i XIV campionati regionali siciliani di badminton UNDER15. Hanno fatto da mattatori i giocatori del prof. Mimmo Cocimano che hanno vinto in tutte le categorie sia maschili che femminili. Gli atleti del Majorana hanno ottenuto due prestigiosi piazzamenti nel doppio maschile con le coppie Caminiti/Ruvolo e Di Salvo/Saporita medaglie di bronzo. Questo risultato indica i miglioramenti raggiunti dagli atleti del Majorana che stanno iniziando ad ottenere risultati prestigiosi anche in gare federali, buon viatico per i campionati regionali UNDER 13 che si svolgeranno a Petralia Soprana il prossimo 6 giugno. Durante la manifestazione si è svolto il corso di aspiranti arbitri che ha visto la presenza di ben 20 partecipanti .

Antonio Trio, alunno dell’Itis Ettore Majorana Milazzo won three medals at the Games "Islands" international athletics event which was held in Ponta Delgada in the Azores Islands.
The young athlete Milazzo, in the Portuguese islands, won the gold medal in jumping triple, making the first jump 14.43 meters, a silver medal was won in the 4x100 relay with the quartet formed by Trio Di Miceli, Traina and France.
a capstone to a great performance, Anthony Trio, completed the work by winning the bronze medal in the long jump with 6.56 m of the measure. engineers Franco Ripa, Peppe Locantro Mauro Cavallaro and stressed the great potential that Milazzo young athlete has to win more and more important goals.
